Modern Meets Rustic

A little clash here of modern meeting rustic. A minimal approach that to some may come across a little cold or even unemotional but I think the balance is sweet. You have the rough textures of the brick wall and wood beams complimented by the polished concrete and bright white color palette.

Also a nice blend with the pairing of the furniture. Once again that theme of modern meeting rustic. Check the chunky mass and rugged feel of the coffee table between the Eames chair and retro sofa.

A cool, subtle design element here, dropping a hanging light over the table. It immediately defines the space.
