Architects

Architects play a vital roll in our business. You must have a solid relationship and be able to communicate and share ideas. The relationship is crucial to the entire process whether the architect is hired by the owner or the general contractor. I've been following a residential architect by the name of Bob Borson, he writes a blog called Life of an Architect. In addition to the insightful, humorous and whimsical posts he puts out, he's currently running a series on 'Selecting a Contractor' and I really think it's so well written and beneficial for anyone looking to start a project.
